CALM Collective specializes in storytelling beyond the studio. Our team is able to work in diverse conditions, austere environments and work with minimal equipment. CALM cinematographer, Corban Lundborg does just that in this storytelling piece titled Fortunate Son. Corban shares Senior Airman Joseph LeVeille's story for their final production piece at the Army's 2022 Hilda I. Clayton Best Combat Camera Competition at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia. The annual multi-day international competition tests the physical, tactical and technical proficiency of combat camera specialists around the world. Tech. Sgt. Corban Lundborg and Senior Airman Joseph LeVeille represented the 4th Combat Camera Squadron from the Air Force Reserve, winning first place in final video and in the over all competition, bringing home the title "2022 Best Combat Camera". In the gallery above are Corban's 12 best photos from the competition, which judges competitors on still and video capabilities.
